My passion is justice. It’s why I became a lawyer. You may find yourself in the unfortunate position of having been fired, cheated out of your wages, mistreated by law enforcement, or harassed by a collection agency. If there is something that I can do, typically I will be able to represent you on a contingent fee basis. That is, the only way for me to get paid is to obtain a result for you.

My law firm is just me. Your case will get my personal attention; it will not be passed off to an associate or paralegal. I will not accept a case that I do not feel strongly about. I have 29 years of legal experience; 24 of those years have been representing persons in cases listed above. I have tried several cases, both to juries and judges, both in state and federal courts. I have also brought many appeals in state and federal courts.
